I remember being in awe of the Bedazzler commercial. Watching those denim jackets being covered with those colorful gems seemed magical. I wanted to bedazzle too! Instead, my mom took me to the local fabric store to pick out brightly colored embroidery patches that we would sew onto my jeans. That scratched the itch. It was eye candy for me and I wore it proudly.
