This piece takes on a dreamy qualilty for me. There are so many stripey, dotty layers to look through in the floaty yellow background and the subject matter could be flowers, balloons, or just abstract shapes. Because this painting takes on such an abstract and surreal vibe, I wanted to name it after the very best dream I ever had....the very. best. one.... I was sitting at a table eating waffles with Paul McCartney. I was so so happy. And that was the whole dream.
